MECCTI has chosen the cabin crew recruiting the partner for Kuwait Airlines. Recently, the company has organized a recruitment event for cabin crew on 13th January 2018. The recruitment venue was in Tunis city (Tunisia). Total 185 candidates have participated in the event of which more than 30 candidates have been selected to the final approval stage. There are several parameters to analyse the performance of the candidates. All the candidate have faced an English test, Mathematics test, an online Psychological assessment with Cerebrum (this is an AI-based evaluation tool to ensure 5 class service delivery). There was also a grooming session for the bright and scintillating future of the candidates.
