A Humble Beginning
We began as a cabin crew training organisation in a market where no such service existed: the first private provider of cabin crew training for individuals and for airlines, then known as Middle East Cabin Crew Training International.

Diversification Policies
As training needs grew, so did the demand for hiring cabin crew. We looked beyond training, took the name MECCTI, and our global journey began.

First Dedicated Agency in the World
MECCTI became the first dedicated agency for hiring and training cabin crew. With the support of our clients and the vision of our team, we grew to 20 employees in 3 destinations.

Novelty in Services
We moved into pilot recruitment and training, with pilot assessments for clients in the Gulf states and South-East Asia, and came through a downturn in the global economy without a single job loss.

Partnership with Oman Air
Appointed by Oman Air as its exclusive flight deck assessment centre. We assessed more than 1,100 pilots and went on to run the airline's global cabin crew selection.

New Training Programs
Type rating and cadet programmes began in cooperation with IFTC, the Boeing centre in Istanbul, and pilot training and assessment were centralised in Turkey.

Appointed as Flydubai's second flight deck assessment centre in Turkey.

Selected by Flynas as its partner to provide A320 pilots and cabin crew from destinations around the world.

Chosen by Kuwait's national airline as its partner for cabin crew recruitment from global destinations.
