• Have a total of 1500 flying hours;
• Have 250 on type flying hours;
• Have 500 flying hours on Jet multi-crew aircraft

• Diploma in Hotel Service and/or Kitchen Academy Masters
• 5 years experience in 4 or 5 Stars Hotels or High Level Restaurant Kitchen
• Relevant Customer Service Experience
• The ability to interact directly with catering suppliers to ensure optimum product integrity
• The ability to prepare, plate and present meals to our First Class guests.
• The ability to conduct Quality Assurance audits
• Aged between 25 and 35 years of age
• Over 158cm (5’ 3”) tall with weight in proportion
• Able to swim a minimum of 50m unaided
